Hi. I'm Peter. I do Catering, Charcuterie Boxes & Charcuterie Boards.
I am a Firefighter that opened up a catering business during covid. Crazy, I know!
I grew up with families and friends sitting at the table enjoying food. The kitchen was the central hub of the home, that’s where everyone gathers to talk and hang out and just enjoy each others company.
Even at work at the fire station, we talk about food. Plan meals. Complain about food and always the proverbial, who is picking up food for next shift.
During the pandemic I saw that there was a huge separation of community. I missed the togetherness that cooking and eating together brought to people. So I decided to do something about it. I took a few of my favourite foods and started selling them. Seeing people enjoy my food and hang around the truck or the grill and just talking always brings me so much joy. That is one of my favourite parts. Is just people watching and hearing them tell me their day to day stories. I love that part of my job.
I do catering, charcuterie boxes and charcuterie boards but I like to think that I am, for a short while at least, a central hub for your meals and you are always welcome here.
